Enjoy a guaranteed 10-game regular season plus playoffs for all teams. Seeding is based on regular season performance, giving every squad a path to the championship. Winners receive individual awards and team recognition.

The Macro League follows NBA rules.
Games consist of four 12-minute quarters with a running clock that stops in the final two minutes of each half. Each team receives two timeouts per half that cannot be carried over. Overtime periods are three minutes with one additional timeout per team.
Teams may roster up to 12 players with a minimum of 8 required for league registration. Player additions are permitted until the midway point of the regular season. All players must complete waiver forms and show proof of identification before participating in any games.
Technical fouls result in two free throws plus possession. Players receiving two technicals in a game are automatically ejected. Any physical altercation leads to immediate ejection and potential suspension. The league maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike behavior toward officials or opponents.

Form your own squad with 8-12 players and compete together throughout the season. Team registration costs $1,000 per team ($83-$125 per player depending on roster size) and guarantees your group stays together. Team captains manage roster submissions and serve as the primary contact for league communications.

Don't have a full team? No problem. Individual registration costs $175 per player and places you on a team through our player draft system. Our league directors evaluate skills and create balanced teams of individual registrants. This option is perfect for players new to the area or those looking to expand their basketball network.
